Brought you into a room, was interviewed by two people. They were very nice and made you feel comfortable. Told you about the position and then asked a few questions.

They chose anyone in the hiring interview, trash even trashy nurses. They portray like its a classy place, it's not. Residents rooms and floors are dirty and when the rugs are washed it smells like wet dog. Staff are treated like garbage and they chase away the good caring workers. Management needs to be a little more caring. Did I mention the nurses are ratched and crazy. One belongs in the crazy floor. Just don't work there, the pay is no good and you'll be treated like dirt. Management have their favorites, nurses need to be fired, they are all old and outdated.
