Screening interview with HR personnel, not the hiring manager and lasted 1.5 hours. Asked to tell them about myself, then relevant experience. Seemed awkward as the senior interviewer kept saying "tell me more." The junior interviewer asked more relevant questions like "how would you handle . . ." English appeared to be a second language for the senior interviewer and I suspect cultural differences shaped the interview tone.
