Not a standard interview. Mainly a tour which consisted of questions about the job and the facility from both parties. Interviewers were friendly and approachable. They didn't ask more than just my experiences at another hospitals and since I am a new grad they were understanding on my need for more training and accommodated me into a position that I would be more comfortable to start with.
