Interview
Unprofessional and disorganized hiring process.
The manager, Wednesday, handled communication extremely poorly. Instead of sending an email to schedule a time to speak, she randomly called my phone without notice. She left a voicemail asking me to text her, which I did; and received no response. When I tried calling back, she sent me straight to voicemail after two rings. I followed up again to schedule a mutually convenient time, and once again, no reply.
This level of communication is unacceptable. Candidates have jobs, responsibilities, and lives; we’re not sitting around waiting for surprise phone calls. A basic level of professionalism and respect for people’s time should be expected. Very disappointing experience.

The interview process was overall a good experience. Everyone I met with was passionate about the industry and seemed to enjoy working for Crestco. I also enjoyed how clear their communication and timelines of the interview process.
