Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.

Question 1
Was there ever a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Scottsdale, AZ) in Apr 2013
Interview
Interviewed with the manager and then had a second interview with the center manager. They asked a lot of questions about how I handle difficult and stressful situations. They also asked about what I though a good sales associate looked like. They want to hear that you think a good sales associate is knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. Dont say that you don't like when sales associates talk to you because that is the opposite of what they strive for.
