Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.

1. Went shopping there, asked if they were hiring. They always are (retail is a revolving door).
2. Applied and met with store manager for interview.
3. Manager approved me, so I met with regional manager.
4. Regional manager approved me.

It really depends on your manager as there’s no specific set guidelines. Generally easy questions and basic questions regarding sales. I’ve helped my manager come up with scenarios on top of some easy basic questions.
