HR screening and then 10 minutes talk with a team leader. The team leader sounded bored and disinterested and his questions were the strangest I experienced. I didn't hear from them since.

Interview
The phone interview was short. The second interview with VP R&D was mostly about expectations, previous experience. The third interview with a team lead and senior developer. No questions about experience with Spring Boot, K8s, Java etc. despite the fact the position description requires a many years of knowledge. The senior developer was a bit arrogant and left a bad impression. Looks they regretted their choice in favor of Kotlin, and the senior developer clearly wanted to emphasize that his decision years ago was correct. If you want to be a financial enterprise company, Kotlin is not the best solution. The problematic domain - microloans and all consequences. The general impression is that the company is a mess both in management and technology.

1. A basic get-to-know interview with some basic coding question.
2. Interview with the team leader - questions are more in depth but not too hard.
3. Design interview - didn't reach this phase.
4. HR review.
