SunTrust Customer Service Representative interview questions

Was contacted by email and set up for interview the following week. Given extensive details so there were no problems. Had my interview with lasted about 40 min with my questions. Was told I should know something in a few days.

Interview was was very comfortable for me because of the person giving the interview. The interviewer allowed me to be myself. The interviewer spoke clearly and asked questions that were understandable. After the interview was over I was offered the job and advised on the training date. I took the job offer and started the training without missing any days from training.
