I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SunCommon in Apr 2020
Interview
Straightforward, typical process. Scheduling was courteous and hands-on by their staff. I was received in the waiting area politely. Interview consisted of a one-on-one with would-be department supervisor. I think we could both feel I wasn't the right fit but everything stayed polite and I wasn't rushed out. Got a few introductions on the way out. All signs pointed to a positive culture.

Question 1
Sorry, can remember specific questions. It was very much conversation based.
The interview process is long, with pre-screening phone calls, multiple in person interviews, and deliverables. Expect to wait over a month or more to hear about their decision. Be prepared to answer qualitative questions about your commitment to the mission.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SunCommon (Waterbury, VT) in Mar 2015
Interview
Quite thorough for a small company. I was moving to another position within the company that was quite junior of my experience and it was a time of internal change.
