Interview
Interview is overall easy. Walking through your resume and experience and “what would you do” in specific situations/examples:
-how would you handle an angry customer
-how do you take feedback
-what do you like to do in your free time
-why are you interested and why you should be hired
It was a very friendly interview conducted by the training coordinator and the QA Manager, with a good atmosphere, and they were polite and friendly even though I got there late for the interview. So far, I got a very good vibe about the company, and just after two days of being interviewed, I've received the email with the final decision. Oh! They called someone to speak Spanish, a third interviewer, since the position required speaking Spanish.

Personal background, background in customer service, and qualities required to be a good representative, why you are a good fit for that position... Describe a situation under stress, talking to a customer, and how you solve or make that person leave the conversation happy after a complicated moment, etc...
Interviews were conducted online via Teams. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second round of interviews was with a panel of senior members of the team. The entire time I've felt at ease. The team was really nice, gave a positive image of the company and the team. Made it easy to make the decision to join the company.
