uncoordinated. only provided vague description of the job role. neither interviewer had looked at my resume or prepared questions ahead of time and one of them was wearing jeans and a hoodie. was told to expect an offer and then instead was asked to come in again to do a skills test (in person instead of online). written offer letter was not provided until friday afternoon before i was to start on monday.
