The interview process started out with 2 initial phone interviews, the first being with the Director of Recruitment & Selection and the 2nd with the Chief of Schools. Afterwards, I was given an intensive performance task to complete within a few days. Next, I was invited to participate in an interview for the Executive Director position. I received a verbal offer of employment shortly after, however, the offer was withdrawn due to my inability to be present for a portion of the school year because of my military service obligation.
