I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Summit Promotions (Woburn, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied online through Indeed.com and got a call back the next day to schedule an interview. The first interview was about 15 minutes long and the manager basically gave me an overview of the company. I was asked to come back the next day for a second interview to learn more about the position. For the second interview I went to a local Home Depot with two of the company's sales reps to get an overview of the position. They walked me around the store and told me what I would be doing everyday and then explained the payment structure for the position. We then went back to the office and I had to meet with the manager again. He asked me what I thought about the position now that I know more about it, and then offered me the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I wasn't asked any difficult or unexpected questions. The few questions that I was asked were very straight forward and they were all about my experience and the position/company.
The interviewee is nice. They would ask you to wait in a waiting room and call you wen it's your time. I need to remind you that the name on the office is not the same as Summit Promotions. I don't know why. But don't worry, all you need to do is knock the door and ask for the HR people.

Question 1
They told me that if there is second interview, they would inform me by 4:30pm that day. I didn't receive the call so I thought I was not suitable. But the very next day morning, the HR staff called and ask me if I can go to the second interview.
