In April, I was called by a recruiter, asked a few standard questions, and then told that I would be getting a call by the hiring manager to set up an in-person interview. I didn't hear a word. After about 3 weeks I noticed the job was re-posted, so I went onto the Summa Health website and sent an email to the recruiting team to inquire about my application. After about 1 week I received a phone call from another recruiter who wanted to set up an interview, which we did, for two days later. I was also told I would receive an email with directions to the facility and details on where to go to in the facility. I never received that email. On the day of the interview I googled the address and went to the location, arriving about 45 mins early to ensure I was in the right place. From the parking garage I called the recruiter to verify I was in the right place and find out where in the building I needed to go. About 10 mins after getting off of the phone with the recruiter I was called by different recruiter and told that they were no longer taking any interviews for the position and they forgot to call me to let me know. I felt this whole process was very unprofessional AND unorganized. I also felt I was lied to about the availability of the position because the next week the same job was re-posted again! Beware of applying to this company, you may get the run around and your time wasted!
