Sullivan County Sheriff - Tennessee interview questions

I submitted my application in person on a Friday and the following Monday I received a call to set up and interview the following Wednesday. The interview was with the Sheriff and his Chief Deputy. It was a relaxed atmosphere. I had previous law enforcement experience so my experience was probably not typical. They asked the basic questions about why I wanted to work there, and went over my resume. They went over the entry level pay and the basics of the benefits package. They answered all of my questions and when I left they said they would be in touch. About a week later they contacted me and offered me a position.
