The interview process was carried out over phone call at different levels. In the first round the HR from the organisation connected regarding the basic information about qualification, location and CTC. In the second round, the doctor (psychiatrist) took the interview by asking clinical questions about disorders and it went on for 15-20 mins. In the third round, the clinical psychologist took the interview by asking the therapy-related questions and went on for 15-20mins. Feedback: One difficulty faced was no clarity was given about their organisation, job roles, expectations, or any necessary information to consider joining the organisation. Mainly it was information gathered from me.
