The owners and operations manager were super nice and attentive during the interview. They asked a lot of questions about my personality, work style, and my experience and seemed to consider them all equally. I didn't get an offer, which I understand considering I did lack experience in one key area, but they gave me a tour of the space and even offered for me to stay for a yoga class.
