Spoke with Suffolk Regional Director to setup the Interview process. Interviews were done in Miami job site and Broward, and I was given the ability to leverage my experience and talent management and senior executives throughout the company.

Phone conversation with recruiter who attempted to understand a person who has 30 years of experience in 12 minutes. The person gave no incentive to continue the conversation or want to continue interest in the company or position. If I was given an offer then, I would have turned it down. If this person is the first contact with the company and what the culture is like, I plan to continue my search elsewhere
