Very thorough process. Phone interview, in person interview, virtual interview with school leaders. There was also a performance assignment in the process. Enough time was given to do the assignment. Recruiters were approachable and willing to answer questions.

Interview process was fairly easy and offers were made within a month. They ask you to do about 2-3 trial task and then ask why you are interested in this specific role.
