I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
It was a two hour interview. I felt like they were professional but trying a little too hard to seem really intense and like they're the absolute best. Lots of questions, lots of feedback. It seems like they are trying to test you to see if you fit their mold.
Online interview, was presented a question, had a few moments to come up with my answer to camera as it was recorded. I bombed this portion but still moved on. then had an interview with a recruiter, then another with the principal of the school I would be at

I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (Flatbush, NY)
Interview
Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
