I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools in Mar 2016
Interview
Well organized, gave many options for day and time of interview. Seemed receptive to questions. Definitely suggest to study up on the company's values and to be ready to talk about past experiences. All questions were fair - no "gotcha" questions, but they weren't particularly easy either. Be confident and be willing to talk honestly and the interview will go well, they aren't trying to make you nervous!

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools in Apr 2026
Interview
After informal outreach and about two weeks of correspondence, I had a 30-minute interview with a staff member. I then received no proactive update and only got a generic rejection after following up a week later.

Question 1
Do you know how to use Google drive? (Note that all preceding correspondence was through Gmail)
It was quick and good from what I remember. There was not any fluff and they were direct with what they wanted. I think that if you have the passion that they are looking for it will work
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
Decent process, two video interviews before offer. I met with a current educator first, then two members of the hiring committee and another educator/administrator. Overall very open and friendly conversations.
