Assembled multiple custom submarine sandwiches blindfolded. This included un-toasting a meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese. Another part of this process was identifying sauces based only on the feeling of the bottle. Given the seniority of the position, sauce amounts were varied in order to avoid simple identification by weight. I was also asked to recite various company mantras verbatim during this process.
