The standard interview process includes a 30-minute call with the recruiter followed by a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. Always find it challenging to summarize your accomplishments in a 30 minute window, but pretty standard. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again after the meeting with the hiring manager. Again, this seems to be standard practice with many organizations.
