I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Subway (Charleston, SC) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was very simple. No questions about personalities were asked. Questions that were asked were: What is your name, where do you live, what are your experiences, are you in school, when are you available. All the answers were written down on a blank piece of paper. At the conclusion of the interview, he asked: "Who's next?" and the other people who were there to be interviewed went up one by one. Not once did the interviewer have an actual copy of the filled out applications. They asked for my legal documents on my second day of training.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
