Applied in person, filled out paper application and returned it the next day. Received a call from the manager the following day to set up an interview. Interview was extremely basic, almost no personal questions just questions about schedule flexibility and when I could start. Whole process took about 15 minutes
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
