Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Interview
I was interviewed by the HR Manager at the store outlet. I was asked about myself and my previous experience, My previous experience has been for Marketing Manager in India. They appreciated my experience but as I have to start from the scartch so they were ready to give me the oppurtunity. I got it and joined them by giivng the IQ test then and there and then I was asked to do 16 online courses from the university of Subway. Once I completed it and confirmed the same to the manager and joined subway as Sandwitch artist.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
