the whole interview process was super easy. they asked some very simple questions. use your brain and answer honestly. this is usually very casual and held inside the store. The manager wants to see if you’re friendly, reliable, and can handle a fast-paced environment.
Went to restaurant and sat down at table and had interview with the manager. He was really nice and talked about his family. He liked that I was searching for a job as a high school because it showed maturity.
It was straight forward. Subway's interview includes a phone screening and in-person meeting, assessing customer service skills, experience, availability, and problem-solving through situational questions. It aims to evaluate suitability for the role.
Easy to interview same day call back. In person, no second interview. Started within 5 days. Good part time job. Interviewer was great and enjoy my job here. Interviewer was on time and professional.
