It was a 5-part interviewing process, but each interview was productive and important. I never felt like I was wasting my time.
Interview 1 was over Skype with my now-acting-manager. This was a normal first-round interview that lasted 20 minutes.
Interview 2 was in-person to determine if I was a good cultural fit. This felt like more of a laidback conversation than anything.
Interview 3 was a test/run-thru so I could have hands-on experience with our company's software and platforms.
Interviews 4 and 5 were in-person meetings with higher-ups in the company - again, like casual conversations as opposed to formal interviews.
