      Recruiting Manager Interview

      4 Aug 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Study Group

      Interview

First interview- HR, background and fit for position. Second Interview- Then they ask you to come up with a marketing strategy to increase sales. Candidate needs to create a PPT presentation and present it to a board. It screams scam to me, as it was probably just a way to get free ideas from people. They also ask candidates to email them the presentation before the interview. Very slow in getting feedback, took 3 weeks of sending emails to everyone to get answers that were promised to be within the week, only to find out they promoted someone internally. Got many candidates to do free strategy work for them and magically decided the position was no longer available. Utterly unprofessional.
