They tested me on how good my "banter" was, and then advertised for the same job on LinkedIn, before letting me know I hadn't got it. I eventually had to contact them - three weeks later. Ultimately, unprofessional.

The interview was based around a portfolio, which went well. The overall attitude and office banter was initiated at truly inappropriate timing and proved to be a very "bro" culture.
