I went through two rounds of interviews and was initially excited about the opportunity. However, the process quickly became disorganized. The second-round interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended up taking over an hour, followed by a surprise questionnaire that needed to be completed within the next hour—none of which was communicated ahead of time. This was especially frustrating since I had work obligations that day. Despite this, I moved forward to the final round, which was scheduled via both text and email for later that same day. I joined the Zoom call on time and ended up waiting for over an hour—no one ever showed up. I followed up via email and text but never received a response. At this point, it seems I’ve been ghosted. If the company had simply canceled the interview or communicated a change, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But after investing time and energy into their process, being left with radio silence was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

They had me schedule an interview just to ask me three basic questions and who, out of anyone in the world, I would have dinner with. It lasted three minutes and was a complete waste of time. After that, they give you about a 12-hour heads up letting you know that your next interview will be held at 8am on a Saturday, which is completely unnecessary. When in the interview, it is completely awkward because there is another person going out for the job in the same zoom as you which is once again completely unnecessary. After all of this, they never got back to me. They didn't even bother to send me an email saying that I didn't get the job.
