I had two interviews. First one was with senior staff, then the second with company owner. It was casual and comfortable. I applied through a recruiter who helped shepherd the process.

Interview
Engaging and natural interviews, first with senior staff and then with the owner. Easy going with good questions and quick decision making process. Questions were very engaging and thoughtful. It was a two way conversation which was nice.

Question 1
What do I enjoy, what am I looking for, what have I been working on.
Interview process was very long and it took 4 rounds. It was during COVID restrictions so only one interview was in person and others were online. They were nice except one Principal who 90% time talked about himself.
