Its all about the gallup. Prepare to talk about sales scenarios and how you handle. Be decisive and dont ramble. Answer the question as you hear it. Its no right or wrong answer. What they are looking for is hpw similar are you to the employees already in those roles. For Stryker you either fit the mold or you dont.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
