Gallup interview, very outdated psychometric test. They miss out on alot of good talent because of this Gallup test that is not an industry standard and isn’t even applied to their executive employees!?
It was a position for machine vision. 3 persons were present. Some general questions related to my experiences. Most of the technical questions were related to deep learning: training models, loss functions, over-fitting.

Interview
After applying through online, I got an invitation for phone interview. Basic General HR questions were asked. Then within 5 mins after the interview, got an invitation for the technical interview round. I was not shortlisted.
Way too long, i did the personality test. then 3 follow up interviews following that. All of which to not get the position. On that end, most positions they post are not even active.

Question 1
The STAR method was asked more than once. They wanted to know times when adversity was high and how I responded.
