The first interview was kind of just a get to know you and see what you're interested in and what opportunities Stryker has to match your interests. The second interview was a behavioral interview where someone outside of Stryker asked you questions about personality and situations. And the final interview was four separate interviews with people from the team. First one was a normal interview, the next two were more technical and the last was with the manager to get a chance to meet him and ask any final questions. The way they described the interview process made it sound like the final interview was just one interview instead of four, until I got an email with my interview schedule.

They had two screening interviews. The first one was conducted over the phone followed by a virtual interview over zoom. the contents of the interview were pretty straightforward. The interviewers were very friendly and answered any questions I had.

There were 3 rounds. First was a technical interview conducted by 3 people. Second was a telephonic interview where in they asked about general character and behavioral questions. The last one was a gallup interview.
