It is waste of time! They have one recruiting interview, one interview with hiring manager one interview with gullup and one technical interview. They don't have right people to interview a machine vision engineer. There are just data scientists from other background. They sent me an assignment and I spent 3days and made very nice presentation. During the interview process one of the interviewers mentioned I enjoyed your presentation and they asked simple technical questions and I could manage all. The interview session was quite positive and I was quite confident people with my knowledge in that topic is very rare. 3days later I received an email saying that we wont go further with you although the interviewer's feedback were quite positive!! and "you are technically capable and with a substantial understanding of the field"!! but we are looking for someone who can communicate with customers! However there was no customer relevant description on the job description!! that is super annoying. While even during the interview session they mentioned at least two times thta they are looking for an engieer working on designing and developing the models, Wasting 3 days for assignment and time for many prior steps bcz they did not know who they are looking for?! That is frustrating!
