I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Feb 2022
Interview
Recruiter was very excited to move me on to speak with the hiring manager over zoom. Spoke with them for ~1 hour and it went to well they even discussed flying me out in 2 weeks to meet with the team and do a case study in person, following the gallup interview.
I did the gall-up interview and then never heard from the recruiter or anyone at Stryker again. I tried emailing and calling the recruiter but received no response. I have no problem if other candidates were a better fit, but to ghost me after going through 3 rounds of interviews is quite rude. At least a courtesy email saying I'm out of the running would have been nice.
I've heard Stryker can be cutthroat and extremely selective during their interview process, and this proved that point.

Question 1
Mostly sales questions. The gallup was all personality based; they ended up asking me 85+ questions over a span of 1.5 hrs

Interview
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Question 1
Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
