Phone interview followed by absolutely zero communication (no answering emails, not calling back and not picking up calls, the phone's inbox message actually says "we're sorry, this user hasn't set up voicemail yet") until you get an automated e-mail saying they're not moving forward with your application.
take long time, first round is phone call, then hired manager. More behavior questions used STAR. intense but very good recruiter. enjoy the interview . you need to ready to prepare the interview

Interview
The interview process was long but well worth the wait. Started with a phone interview with a recruiter which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager, Gallup interview. After the gallup, I was invited for an onsite interview. Since I was an out-of-the-area candidate, they flew me in for the interview with the hiring manager, and rest of the team. The entire experience was well coordinated and everyone was well prepared, smart and accommodating.
