I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Stryker in Nov 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me, was great until I got scheduled for the manager interview. I interviewed with the manager but I stopped from pursuing further with this role. Found out they set up the interview with the same person with my co worker, I analyzed her notes prior to the Interview. She uncovered that the manager hiring the for this Position is currently quitting the company. The Rep previously in this role has left the company recently and the recruiter trying to hire for this role used to work in the ENT division at Stryker and doesn't work there anymore. That right there should stop anyone being recruited for this position and ask questions. I normally keep my interview processes to myself but I was compelled to come on here to let other people be aware of this. Not knowing could mean a huge mistake to your job security with this role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much in Sales I grew YOY for previous Med Companies? Names of Doctors and locations that I had specific relationships with? If I am willing to do what it takes to sell the deal? Having a hunter mentality?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
