The interview had four parts, each a thirty minute one on one session with someone from the Clinical leadership team. They ran through my resume and they asked me about some of my experiences with lab work and research at school.

After speaking with recruiter, scheduling interviews went quickly. There were about 8 interviews which I thought was a lot to not offer the job. Questions were not hard just a little tedious after speaking to numerous people.

It was a pretty seamless interview process, the hiring staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a one on one interview and covered the basics about work experience, skills, education, what sets me apart from other applicants, etc.
