I applied via a headhunter. I received an invitation for a video conference interview that was arranged in another country. The interview via a video conference took 15 minutes. The questions were limited to my profile and professional experience. I did not even manage to finish my presentation when another candidate entered the office. Then, I got an invitation for an assessment by their consultancy firm. After it, my candidature was rejected. A selected candidate did not have a better educational and professional background than myself. Obviously, the firm has the right to decide on the candidate. In a summary, I was very upset with the process not rejection. I even paid for the foreign travel expenses on my own. My advice is please interview candidates with some respect, don't ask them to travel on their cost to another country for a 15 minutes interview.

Terrible...The questions were canned and repeated by every interviewer. The process was incredibly tedious and did nothing to give me a better picture of the company or the position. By the end of the day, I knew that I would not accept a position with the company.
