Interview

Went straight to ask about my experience and explained nothing about the company or position. Asked about my accent and that made me uncomfortable. Then didn’t hear anything from them and 3 months after I still see the same job description being posted in several locations.

Interview

The first interview went by fine. I was called for a second interview and at the conclusion I was told they would let me know the results regardless of the outcome. They lied and never fulfilled that promise. That's why I give a thumbs down.

After a phone interview an in person interview took place. Stryde seems like a great company and the interviewers were very nice and professional. The only downside was the amount of time that passed to make a decision (4 wks) and a lack of communication.
