I met with the manger at the store. They asked me questions about how I would sell items, how I would style the store with their items for a floorset, how I've dealt with conflict, and what my my weaknesses/ strengths were.

Call from online application then was a 2 person interview then said they would give a call back for my 2nd interview and never got it a phone call back overall.

Around an hour long interview process with basic questions about yourself as well as problem solving hypothetical situations that may happen. Specifically these included questions about solving customer issues or answering common questions they would have.

How would you deal with a customer who was unhappy with a product issue?
It was fine. Pretty quick. I was surprised by how quick it was from the first call to the final offer. Everyone was really nice but the salary wasn't up to my expectation.
