First I received a phone call from their office to see if I am available for employment and then scheduled for interview at office .The interview comprised two parts : half an hour interview with technical questions and then a practical exam to develop a program to do specific tasks and it should have been done in a period of time .

Normal questions based on your resume , what you have done before and explain a little bit about the jobs you had already done . At the end a practical exam to develop a program to do specific task in a period of time .

Interview
I got a phone call first, and the recruiter scheduled an on-site interview at the company office. there are 2 guys and one recruiter, it only took 15 minutes, they looked like very hungry to go to lunch, I don't think they are serious, it's an interesting and no culture no value company.
