Aptitude test and interview if you do well on the aptitude test. The aptitude is physics-based. Prepare to explain a technical concept to the interviewer. Also, about something you are passionate about.
Common behavioural questions the asked me to do a case on a manufacturing problem scenario. It was basic, not too much to it. Had plenty of time to answer and could use a calculator.

Interview
Technical interview, gefolgt von fit Interview. Hierbei wurden auch sehr technische Fragen vom engineering Bereich abgefragt. Daraufhin wurde auch eine technische Case bearbeitet, die aber ganz klar auf den engineering Bereich orientiert war, da diese Firma eine Niche des Beratungssektors abdeckt.
