Easy ,quick,and close. The people were nice,and friendly. My interview itself lasted about 10 mins top. She went over the normal stuff and explained the job,pay,and insentives. She was direct and to the point. I recived my start date and time. Overall it was quick and easy.

Interview
The interview was essentially a site visit. I spent time walking around the shop floor with other engineers. It was very informal which was surprising but also welcome. The conversations hovered around clarifying what they do and my interests. There was a sit down at the end where the hiring manager essentially just asked me what I thought of the place.
