The process is a 3-interview process. The initial interview is with the Resident Manager/Facilities Manager (will be referred forward in this description as RM/FM (this was one person, they had a combined role). It is a basic interview, asking about past work experience, your resume, and a description of the job. You will be told the hourly pay for the job as well.
The 2nd Interview is with the RM/FMfrom the initial interview, as well as a member of the condomium's board. The RM/FM's role in this interview is more subdued, generally leaving the condo board member to ask questions.
The 3rd and final interview consists of the RM/FM, the condo board member from the 2nd interview, and another condo board member. Most of the questioning will be from the board members, and the RM/FM's role will be subdued, much like the 2nd interview. After this interview a decision will be made, and you will hear back in less than one week's time.
