If you'd like having your time and effort wasted as a candidate, look no further than Strikepoint!
I first applied by filming a video submission of myself answering several job related questions; a fair way to sort out serious applicants I figured. After that, I had an initial phone conversation with their recruiter (who was kind enough I will say) that went well enough for them to inform me I'd be moving to the next round and meeting several team members. They introduced me via email to the four other people I'd be speaking with, telling me look out for scheduling information, and then... nothing. For a longgg time. I followed up, several times, eager to know when these interviews and conversations would be happening, only to receive several generic/canned "We have lots of candidates to respond to!" response to brush off my inquiry.
Rather than be honest with me throughout the process, they chose to give me the run around, string me along, and waste my time, only to eventually send one last canned rejection response nearly six weeks after I was told I'd be meeting with the team.
If this process is indicative of how Strikepoint is run, I'd avoid. Apply at your own risk.
