Gave run-through of expectations and had role-playing case scenarios. The first portion of interview was a sit-down with the owner or manager. The second portion was a demonstration of the service they provide to see what you would be selling to clients.

Q: What is an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult client and how did you handle it?
Q: Can you execute multiple tasks on a daily basis to help with studio growth that may be stressful at times?
Very thorough interview process, typically three points of contact before final decision is made. This is to vet and process a wide array of applicants in the hiring process to ensure they have made the most informed decision with corporate being involved.
