It was a breif interview that resulted in a "contest" for employment. I walked in and the first thing that happened was no one expected me. Apparently to two managers were under the impression that I was supposed to come in the PREVIOUS day, even though my email had the current time and day that I arrived. Once they figured out that the owner had sent us all different dates and times, they then proceeded to complete a rush interview to which they simply asked where I was currently working and how much I got paid. They then began to explain to me what the job entailed and that they were interviewing several people. I was asked "Would you be willing to submit 5 T-Shirt Designs to be compared against entries from other potential hires?" to which I responded "Yes. I can get that done today." They then stood up and shook my hand and asked me to send the email in as soon as I was finished and that they would be reaching out to the potential hire when they made a decision.
